The Internet is a marvellous thing, and it's allowed us to work remotely with clients further afield. If you prefer face-to-face meetings, we can arrange to travel to you.

In a different timezone? We're flexible in our working hours, so can accommodate different working patterns in a mutually agreaable way.

Project based contracts & retainers

Got a project that needs some security consultancy or IT guidance? We provide short to medium term services, customised to your needs. Think you've got a longer term requirement? We offer retained services, allowing you to have us on hand when you need us.

Honesty, authenticity & integrity

We're honest about what we can do, and we're honest about what we can't. If there's an element of your project that we' re not sure how to support, we'll make you aware straight away so you can make an informed choice. Reading and research is something we're good at, so if it's not something we know today, we'll study so we're able to support you.

If we say we can do something, or that we're going to do something, then we'll do it.

Easy to understand

You need to be comfortable with any changes we make, be that to help secure your organisation or to improve your IT systems. We'll make sure you understand what we're doing, communicating in language you can understand and minimising jargon. Need us to clarify something or change our approach? No problem.

Community contributions

We support some charities through pro-bono work, and also speak at local events such as the codeHarbour tech meetup and BCS Kent Branch.

Sharing knowledge is important to us, and you can find some freely available blog posts that provide insights and tips. We also offer free "infosheets" which provide guidance on a number of topics - get the "easy tips for your organisation" infosheet here.
